'Dexter's' New Addition!

Get Dexter DVDs Free! Click Here!

We all know him from such dramas as 'NYPD Blue' and 'L.A. Law', now we can see Jimmy Smits in his new role on Showtime's 'Dexter'.

"The character is something different than I've done before on television and what television audiences are used to seeing me as," Smits said. Producers of the wryly grim drama promised that "I was going to have fun. And that's been played out in such a great way."

With 'Dexter' being on Showtime, this is Smits first cable series. Better late than never!

When the sun went down on New York last night, celebrity chef Mario Batali and Hollywood actor-director Stanley Tucci lite up Manhattan's Empire State Building bright orange. Batali and Tucci, both board members of the Food Bank, are spreading the word about the orange which, aside from matching Batali's clogs, also happens to be the symbolic color for raising funds and awareness of hunger relief. The duo are helping to kick off a hunger relief campaign called Go Orange! for the Food Bank for New York City. For every $1 donated, the food bank donates five meals to the needy, and at least 1.3 million New Yorkers - most of them children or the elderly - risk going hungry.

Suze Orman - More Famous Than Elton John?

Free Suze Orman Financial Kit! Click Here!

For a personal finance personality, Suze Orman sure has a spotlight on her that includes a share of haters — this weekend's Saturday Night Live certainly didn't hold back in its depiction of the money matron. The past year has given Suze the opportunity to take her career to the celebrity level: According to Davie-Brown (a company that tracks the appeal of celebrities), Suze Orman is no "on par" with celebrities like Elton John and Nicollette Sheridan. It's hard to wrap my head around the idea that Suze could be as famous as Sir Elton John, and there are a lot of people out there questioning the methods she's used to get herself to this place. Find out what people are saying about her when you read more.

Suze's job is to give advice about money, but her critics observe that during the past year she's been using fear mongering tactics to benefit her stardom. She appeared on Oprah just last week and the promo for the episode (video below) gives some evidence that this could be true. On top of this general criticism, her Got Milk advertisement has raised eyebrows because of the innate conflict of a personal finance adviser starring (and being paid for) an ad that aims to sell.

Do you think Suze Orman has capitalized on public fear to promote herself? Is it wrong for someone in her position to endorse products?

3 Steps To LSAT Success!

Start Your LSAT Preparation With This Free LSAT Software!

Undergraduate GPAs and LSAT scores are the most important factors law schools consider in making admissions offers. Here is a quick guide to LSAT prep in three steps.

Difficulty:
Hard
Time Required: Minimum of two months

Here's How:

  1. Choose a date when you will take the test.

Sign up for an early test date in order to leave yourself room for error. Some schools accept the highest LSAT score achieved instead of averaging multiple scores, so in case trouble arises regarding your first time taking the exam, leave extra time to retake the test if needed.

If your test date is less than two months away, start preparing for the LSAT immediately. You can never get too much practice answering the kind of multiple-choice questions you will face during the exam, but generally an hour a day for two months should be plenty of time to prepare.

  2. Choose your study materials.

If you feel like you truly need the structure of a course to study, by all means, sign up for an LSAT course. Be advised, though, that they are quite expensive, and there’s no reason that you can’t prepare on your own with some discipline along with LSAT prep books and/or software.

But if you find that one set of materials or preparation method doesn’t seem to be working for you, move on to another.

Click Here For FREE LSAT Prep Software!
  1. Practice.

The LSAT doesn't test knowledge per se, so there really is no way to study for it in the traditional sense. Instead, the LSAT tests your ability to absorb and process information quickly and efficiently, using skills such as logic, deductive reasoning, and reading comprehension.

The way you prepare for this is actually quite simple: get comfortable with the testing format by doing LSAT practice tests and train your brain to handle the questions with speed and accuracy.

The more your practice, the faster and more comfortable with the exam format you will become, and that can only help your score.

Tips:

  1. Once you start doing LSAT practice tests, set aside time each day for questions, preferably in the morning as that is when you'll take the actual exam.
  2. Make sure you're timing your exam sessions to give you an idea of your progress on speed.

What You Need:

  • Information on registration from LSAC
  • LSAT prep materials
  • Pencil
  • Time-keeping device
  • Lots of dedication, determination, and persistence

Project Runway Picked A Winner!

Get all 4 seasons of Project Runway on DVD FREE!

The fashion world watched as Leanne, Korto and Kenley showed their collections under the tents of Bryant Park for New York Fashion Week. But four people, Project Runway judges Heidi Klum, Michael Kors, Nina Garcia and — surprise! — Tim Gunn, decided who was in and who was out of the competition.

SPOILER ALERT: Keep reading to find out the season 5 winner of Project Runway. And talk about the results.

Leanne Marshall, a 28-year-old from Portland, Ore., became the season 5 winner of Project Runway on Wednesday’s finale on Bravo.

Early on in the show, Marshall predicted her fate. “It’s a Project Runway first to have all three women in the finale and it’s pretty awesome,” she said of landing in the final three with Korto Momolu and Kenley Collins. “But I’m gonna be a fighter until I’m the last one standing on that stage.”

With a collection inspired by waves and a palette drawn from the colors of the ocean, the soft-spoken freelance designer — who was the last contestant to send her collection down the runway — said she was living a dream she had since she was 12 years old to make it to the famed tents of Bryant Park, which house New York Fashion Week.

Despite a last-minute backstage snafu — an over-steamed shirt that stretched out and didn’t fit her muse model Tia — a poised Marshall told the crowd, “This is my beautiful collection. I’ve lost millions of hours of sleep over and I’m in love with it.”

Marshall’s collection featured clean, modern lines and a signature petal detail that in judge Nina Garcia’s words could be perceived as “one note.” Michael Kors added: “I’m just nervous that you’re gonna be known as the Queen of the Petals.”

Still, the judges — including Tim Gunn, who filled in as a last-minute replacement for guest judge Jennifer Lopez, whose foot injury prevented her from attending the Runway show — praised her for her sense of innovation, including the fact that half of her collection was made from eco-friendly fabrics.

“I’m extremely innovative — I’m doing new things in fashion,” Marshall told the judges in her final plea. “I really need to take it to the next level and I possess the talent and the ambition to do that.”

As the winner of Project Runway, Marshall won $100,000 in seed money to start her own fashion line. The graduate of The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco already has a two-year-old line called Leanimal.

And Marshall — who described her mood as “stoked” on her MySpace page — joked on her sign-off message on the finale that with “$100,000, drinks are on this brother!”

Decoding Dog Speak!

Just Like The Dog Whisperer!
Get Seasons 1-3 Of The Dog Whisperer on DVD FREE!

Artificially intelligent Dr. Doolittles can understand dog barks as well or better than humans do. These findings suggest computers might significantly help people comprehend animal communication.

Scientists tested artificially intelligent software on more than 6,000 barsk from 14 Hungarian sheepdogs. Six different kinds of barks were taped:
  • Barks for strangers were recorded when a researcher approached a dog's owner's home when the owner was away.
  • Barks during fights were recorded at dog training schools, when a trainer encouraged dogs to bite the glove on the trainer's arms and bark aggressively.
  • Barks for walks were recorded when owners behaved as if they were preparing to go for a walk with their dogs.
  • Barks for balls were recorded when owners held balls in front of dogs.
  • Barks during playtime were recorded when owners played tug-of-war or similar games with dogs.
  • Barks made when alone were recorded when owners tied dogs to trees in a park and then walked out of sight.

After analyzing digital versions of the barks, overall the computer program correctly identified the kinds of barks the dogs made 43 percent of the time — about the same as humans' 40 percent, said researcher Csaba Molnár, an ethologist at Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary. The software identified 'walk' and 'ball' barks better than people, although people identified 'play' and 'alone' barks better than the software.

The program also could identify which dog made each bark 52 percent of the time. Molnár and his colleagues had previously found that people can not reliably distinguish between individual Hungarian sheepdogs by their barks at all.

"I'm pretty sure this could work with any animal vocal signals," Molnár told LiveScience. Molnár thinks dogs are ideal for study because humans and canines have spent thousands of years living together. "At least you know what the humans intend in any communication between them and dogs," he explained. "When you have communication just between animals, it's much harder to study what they mean."

In future experiments, the researchers will compare barks from different breeds. Since these dogs were bred for different jobs, this could result in differences in their barks, Molnár said.

Molnár and his colleagues detailed their findings on January 15 in the journal Animal Cognition.

One Reason Why the 3rd & Final Debate Won't Suck

Free Barack Obama Book Set!

For those who watch the presidential debates hoping not so much for more tired discussions on the fate of our economy, but for FIREWORKS, tomorrow's final installment at Hofstra University should be a treat. We know, we know. Every debate so far has been preceded by expectations that John McCain would deliver some kind of game-changing moment to catapult him back into contention as time ticks off the clock. But this time, McCain and Barack Obama are heightening the suspense themselves. After Obama and Biden both practically taunted McCain for not having the balls to bring up former domestic terrorist William Ayers in person at the town-hall debate, McCain told a St. Louis radio station todaythat "he's probably ensured that it will come up this time." Ooohh snap. It's on now.

One has to wonder, though, whether McCain is walking right into a trap. After all, the Obama campaign had to know that mocking McCain's guts would almost certainly result in the honor-obsessed veteran accepting the Ayers challenge. What kind of mind-blowing comeback Obama may have in store, we don't know, but then again, maybe he doesn't need one. If those annoying dial read-outs from undecided voters watching the debates have taught us anything, it's that candidates lose when they go negative, and nothing screams negativity like accusing the potential future president of befriending terrorists.

Top 10 Hottest Entourage Babes!

Love Entourage? Get Seasons 1-4 of Entourage on DVD FREE!

10. Beau Garrett
Appeared on Entourage only briefly, portraying Vince's intrusive vegan girlfriend, Fiona, in the first season. Sure, she threw all the meat out of the fridge and she stepped on Eric's toes when it came to managing Vince's business affairs, but, honestly, we really didn't mind having her around. That whole wandering around the house naked thing was totally cool with us… really.

9. Holly Valance
After the boys returned from filming Queen's Boulevard in New York, E was in a bad way. He'd been in a long-distance relationship for three months, and then his sketchy girlfriend Kristen kept avoiding him. That's when Eric met Leanna, a Perfect 10 model, played by Holly Valance. E met Leanna at a beach party, and the two quickly became more than just friends. Yes, Eric had a girlfriend at the time, but in his defense, Kristen was totally cheating on him. And also in E's defense: Have you seen Holly Valance?

8. Leighton Meester
Played Justine Chapin, a famously celibate teen idol who was smitten with Vince. As Justine, Leighton reminded us of a time when our pop stars were still pure (or at least when they wore underwear in public). Leighton perfectly captured the allure of the virginal vixen: she was untouchable, unattainable, and dangerously flirtatious.

7. Bai Ling
Looking to make a little extra coin between movies, Vince once agreed to do a foreign television commercial in which he was supposed to fight off a horde of armed criminals. In order to pull off the Kung Fu homage, Vince needed someone to teach him a few martial arts moves. Enter Li Lei, who beat up Johnny Drama and took off Vince's pants all in about five minutes. There's something undeniably sexy about a woman who can kick your ass.

6. Anna Faris
In an attempt to expand his client base beyond Vince, Eric briefly became Anna Faris' manager. It would have been a sound career move, if E hadn't instantly fallen for Anna. Eric tried to maintain a professional relationship with his new client, but he ultimately couldn't (could you?). When E sat Anna down to tell her how he really felt, not only did he get shot down, but he got fired too. Ouch.

5. Malin Akerman
First appeared on Entourage as Sloan's friend Tori, she wasted no time getting wasted and proposing threesomes. Eric was surprised when Sloan agreed to the sexual experiment. All things considered, though, with her long blond hair, mischievous smile and bikini-model body, your girlfriend would probably be hot for Malin Akerman, too. Playful and beautiful with a serious wild streak, it's easy to see why E got so hung up on Tori. She's the kind of bad news girl you just can't stop thinking about.

4. Samaire Armstrong
As Emily, Ari's one-time assistant, Samaire represented the complete package: she was cool, smart, funny, and wicked cute. Emily was the kind of woman you would want as your girlfriend -- she was as comfortable in a cocktail dress as she was at a bowling alley. Unfortunately, we don't see Emily as often as we once did because Ari fired her. Ari's just lucky Lloyd, Emily's replacement, is so hilarious, otherwise we might never have forgiven him.

3. Carla Gugino
Amanda was Vince's agent while the superstar briefly parted ways with Ari. Problem was, the gorgeous Gugino inspired a monster crush in Vinny, and consequently, Vince had to tell his new agent that he was having trouble saying "no" to her because of her looks. Luckily, Amanda had the good sense to suggest she and Vince defuse the sexual tension… by having sex. We like the way this woman thinks.

2. Mandy Moore
Hired to play Vince's female costar in Aquaman, the quintessential girl next door nearly derailed his career. See, for Vince, Mandy Moore was the one that got away. When she came crashing back into Vince's life, it almost destroyed him. First she was engaged, then she wasn't, then she was again. Essentially, Mandy Moore was Aquaman's kryptonite. Don't sweat it, Vince, we'd have a hard time getting over her too.

And the number one Entourage Babe is...

1. Emmanuelle Chriqui
E's long-time love interest, Sloan, has stopped the hearts of Entourage audiences from the moment she stepped onto the screen. How could you not love Sloan McQuewick? That long, dark hair, the sweet, suggestive smile, her, uh, other attributes. Need we go on? Suffice it to say that Emmanuelle Chriqui is so hot, it makes you want to punch Seth Green right in the face; at least that's how E expressed his affection for the brunette bombshell.

Rocco's Last Supper on 'Dancing'

Free Rocco Dispirito Cook Books!

Rocco DiSpirito won't be cooking up any more moves on “Dancing with the Stars.”

The celebrity chef and his partner, Karina Smirnoff, were eliminated Tuesday from ABC's popular dancing competition. The pair received the judges' lowest score — 18 out of 30 — for their samba routine. No one was eliminated last week, even though DiSpirito came in last place then, too.

Viewer votes and the judges' scores from last week and Monday were combined after injured contestant Misty May-Treanor dropped out of the competition.

“For my final request, I would love it if Bruno could show me how to make my hips move properly,” DiSpirito said, prompting flamboyant judge Bruno Tonioli to accompany DiSpirito on the dance floor for a duel hip gyrating session.

Outspoken actress Cloris Leachman joined DiSpirito in the bottom two with the next-to-lowest combined score and votes, while model-actress Brooke Burke remained in the top spot. Her samba earned a 26 from the judges Monday, bringing her two-week total to 54. Burke and her partner, Derek Hough, have maintained first place all season.

Other celebrities in the competition include: singers Lance Bass and Toni Braxton; former NFL star Warren Sapp; Olympic gold medalist Maurice Greene; actor Cody Linley; and actress Susan Lucci.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian, actor Ted McGinley and comedian Jeffrey Ross were dismissed earlier.

British newspapers are reporting that two people who worked for David Beckham and his wife were arrested after some of the couple's possessions were spotted on an Internet auction site.

Both the tabloid Sun and the Daily Mirror say in Tuesday's editions that two housekeepers at the Beckham's mansion northeast of London were arrested and questioned by police last week.

The newspapers say some of Beckham's soccer memorabilia had been placed on eBay. Dresses belonging to former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham were also reportedly for sale.

No one has been charged. Hertfordshire Police said only that they are investigating a theft. Representatives of the Beckham's declined to comment.

Rolling Stone Magazine Is Shrinking!

Free Rolling Stone Magazine Subscription!

Rolling Stone Magazine is shrinking with the times.

After more than four decades of standing out with a larger format than other magazines, it will step back and look like everyone else starting with the Oct. 30 issue, due out this week.

The adoption of a standard format could boost single-copy sales and reduce production costs for advertising inserts such as scent strips and tear-out postcards. The magazine says any cost savings, though, will be offset by the inclusion of more pages and the shift to thicker, glossier paper.

Like other devoted readers, Eddie Ward, 35, said he will miss the old format, which was an inch taller and two inches wider. But he looks forward to the change and might even buy a "more fashionable" bag to carry his belongings.

"For years since I graduated from college, I have refused to buy a small messenger bag ... since it couldn't fit my Rolling Stone," Ward said. "I never wanted to crease the pages or put cracks in the cover."

Rolling Stone chose will Obama, who is campaigning for president on a theme of change, for the cover of the Oct. 30 issue. By contrast, the last issue in the oversize format featured a cartoon of Obama's opponent, John McCain.

"Like the man we are featuring on the cover for the third time in seven months ... we embrace the idea of change," editor Jann S. Wenner wrote in the new issue. "Not change for the sake of change, but change as evolution and growth and renewal, change as the kind of cultural renaissance that gave birth to Rolling Stone more than four decades ago."

Magazines constantly undergo redesigns — The Atlantic, for instance, debuts new sections with its November issue out Tuesday. A few also have changed dimensions over the years, including TV Guide, which grew into a full-size format in 2005.

In fact, Rolling Stone has changed formats twice before. It first published in 1967 as a tabloid-size newspaper because that was all its budget covered. It began printing on a four-color press in 1973 and magazine-quality paper in 1981, when it also shrank to its just-abandoned 10-by-12-inch size and adopted the feel of a magazine-newspaper hybrid.

The switch to a standard format completes the magazine's transformation into, well, a magazine and comes as readers depend less on the printed pages for breaking news common in newspapers, said Anthony DeCurtis, a longtime writer for the magazine.

And size may not matter in the Internet era, though Rolling Stone says the Web site will remain supplemental to print, which has seen circulation stable since 2006 at about 1.45 million.

The decision to change officially came down to this: Why not?

"The size is a nostalgic element but not the iconic part of the magazine," publisher Will Schenck said in an interview. "Evolution and change is part of our DNA."

Rolling Stone 1 Year Subscription FREE!

Will Dana, the magazine's managing editor, said the size change forced Rolling Stone to "think a little differently ... (and) open our minds out a little more." He said editors can now squeeze in more content and better sprinkle longer stories with photos, though he insists the length and types of stories won't change.

Rolling Stone said it will add enough pages to each issue to offset the loss of space from switching to the smaller size. The 148 pages in the next issue, for instance, accommodate about as much material as 100 pages in the old size.

The smaller format lets the magazine run more full-page photos, however, because each now takes up less surface area. Comic strips and other elements also take less space, even though they are in the same proportion to the rest of the page. That opens the added pages to new content.

Likewise, full-page ads will take less space — though ad rates won't drop.

"It's like, should somebody pay more for a commercial on TV if it's a 50-inch screen or a 20-inch screen?" Schenck said. "We're really selling the relationship with readers, and the size of the ad is really irrelevant."

This summer, Rolling Stone produced one issue in both formats and sent 3,000 copies of the smaller version to selected subscribers. The feedback was mostly positive — to the surprise of even many at Rolling Stone.

The new paper should make photographs shine more, and the smaller size will make it easier to carry and read. A glued rather than stapled binding should make ad inserts easier to produce.

The new size also will fit better on magazine racks and could help boost single-copy sales, which now account for only 8 percent of the magazine's circulation. "We're expecting to get better placement," Schenck said. "Right now because of the size, it tends to be placed on the floor."

Ana Barbu, an Adelphi University student who regularly reads the magazine, said she hopes the change will expose the magazine to readers previously intimidated by seeing so much text on the larger pages. "Switching the format to attract more readers is a logical decision that will continue Rolling Stone's tradition of revolutionizing society's way of thinking," Barbu said.

Cheerleading Injuries On The Rise

Learn safe stunts and new moves to help you and your squad achieve excellence!
Free American Cheerleading Federation DVD!

Cheerleading may look like a lot of fun, but it's a sport that's injuring a lot of girls. Now, some angry parents are pushing for more regulations.

Chelsea Barrett, 13, doesn't act like a confident teenager, but just four years ago she was standing tall as a cheerleading star. "She was a happy-go-lucky little girl. She didn't have any fear. She loved cheerleading, she loved flying," Chelsea's mother, Michelle Barrett, tells CBS News correspondent Kelly Cobiella. Performing stunts, like flying -- being thrown in the air sometimes 15 feet or more off the ground -- can win trophies when done well. When done wrong, it can be devastating, as Chelsea's team learned firsthand on Aug. 26, 2004.

That's the day the assistant coach wanted Chelsea to try something new.

"He said 'Pop her up real high and then we'll catch you,'" Barrett explains. "She went up 15 feet in the air and came down on her head. She had a fractured skull, she had bleeding on the brain and after that she had a lot of memory problems. We would be walking through a store and she would all of the sudden start screaming and crying because she didn't know who we were anymore."

In the past decade, cheerleading has gone from sideline distraction to extreme sport, with higher stunts at a younger age and a bigger risk. A recent study by the National Center for Catastrophic Sports Injury Research found, in the last 25 years, cheerleading accounted for more than half of 112 catastrophic injuries to female high school and college athletes, including three deaths. But that doesn't count girls like Lauren Chang, who was cheering for an out-of-school squad last spring when she was kicked in the chest and died.

"I think the state of cheerleading today is a national crisis," says cheer safety advocate Kimberly Archie. After her daughter was injured, Archie started the National Cheer Safety Foundation to push for more regulation and awareness. "Lots of girls compete with injuries and they're trained to suck it up," she says.

At a gym in Memphis, high schoolers talked about broken bones like they were badges of honor. Are the girls ever told to try a stunt and think that might be taking it too far? "Yeah, but we try it anyways," cheerleader Jessica Stone says with a laugh. "Sure, this might break my neck, but let's go!

Krista Parks did break her neck five years ago while trying a new stunt. She has constant pain and memory problems, but she remembers this much: "I wanted to win -- bottom line," she says with a laugh. "That's how everyone is. It's pressure city -- everyone is there to win." As athletic as it looks, at high schools and colleges in most states, cheerleading is more like the chess club -- it's considered an activity, not a sport. And often, there's no referee to blow the whistle on dangerous stunts.

"You know what? As bad as this may sound, the parent really is ultimately the person who has to blow that whistle," says Jim Lord, executive director of the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors. That's slowly changing. Twelve states now require school cheerleading coaches to be certified. But there's virtually no oversight for out-of-school programs like the one Chelsea Barrett joined. Chelsea suffered permanent brain damage and has had to re-learn everything.

"To know that it's a different Chelsea -- one that we love very much and wouldn't change -- but to know that it could have been prevented, it's hard," her mom says. Harder still for Michelle Barrett is knowing that what happened to her daughter could happen again to another girl.

Misty May-Treanor Drops Out Of 'Dancing'

Dancing With The Stars DVD Set Free!!

Olympic gold medal-winning volleyball player Misty May-Treanor, 31, has been eliminated from ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," but not as a result of viewer votes. May-Treanor tore an Achilles tendon while rehearsing the Lindy Hop on Friday."It felt like I got hit in the back with a baseball bat," May-Treanor told show host Tom Bergeron. "I am out (of the show), but I am not out of cheering on the competitors and keeping in touch with everybody."

May-Treanor, wearing a cast on her left leg that ran almost to her knee, said she was scheduled for surgery on Tuesday. Referring to a torn ligament that led her to have surgery in 2002, she said she had come back from one serious injury, and "(I) know that with this injury, I'm going to come back even stronger." She also expressed interest in one day returning to the show to perform the jive, the dance she had been scheduled to perform Monday night.

After just two weeks of competition, May-Treanor was already establishing herself as a dancer to watch, scoring 21 points and landing near the top of the pack each week. Her "Dancing" partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, called her "a born winner."

E! Online reported that May-Treanor's exit could mean the return of reality TV star Kim Kardashian, who was voted off last week. This was not discussed on Monday's show, but show co-host Samantha Harris said Tuesday's show would address how the competition would continue.

This has been an injury-plagued season for the hit dance show. Insult comic Jeffrey Ross, the first dancer eliminated, wore an eyepatch after suffering a scratched cornea during a rehearsal. Professional dancer Karina Smirnoff, partnered with chef Rocco DiSpirito, twisted her ankle before any episodes had aired. Professional dancer Derek Hough, partnered with Brooke Burke, briefly blacked out after tripping at rehearsal. And soap-opera diva Susan Lucci danced Monday night with a bandaged ankle.

Amazon.com To Uncork Wine Sales

Amazon.com customers will be able to buy wine through the e-tailer's Web site as early as this month, a spokesman for the Napa Valley Vintners Association said. Amazon has been working with the nonprofit group, which represents 315 vintners in the Napa Valley, to arrange workshops with wine producers that might be interested in selling wine through the retail giant, Terry Hall, the group's communications director, said Wednesday.

"We have set up a few get-to-know-you meetings with wineries, and the wineries will make their own decisions on what fits best with their business plans," Hall said, who added that his St. Helena, Calif.-based group has been collaborating with Amazon on the enterprise since early this year.

"It should be live in the next few weeks," Hall said, adding that Amazon was "really looking to be the go-to Web site for wine sales."

An Amazon representative declined to comment for this report, so it is unknown if each winery would have a separate online storefront, or whether they would be administered through a single store. Rumors began circulating on the Internet in March that Amazon was gearing up to sell wine through its grocery section when a job opening for a senior wine buyer at the online retailer appeared on a jobs site.

Amazon has dabbled in the wine business before, investing $30 million for a 45 percent share in Wineshopper.com in 1999, a start-up that was acquired by Wine.com in 2000 before going through a series of layoffs. Wine.com has a storefront on Amazon, through which it sells gourmet food baskets but not wine.

Since the Supreme Court ruled in May 2005 that states must grant the same shipping rights to out-of-state and in-state wineries, winery-to-consumer shipping has become legal in 35 states, according to wine advocacy group Free The Grapes. There are now more than 5,000 wineries in the United States, at least one in each state.

Thats What She Said!

The Office is back tonight on NBC. Going into this 5th season, I know we all have our own predicitons as to what is going to happen, here are a few I came across along with this deal for Seasons 1-4 of The Office on DVD for free! Just Click Here!

The Office: 5 Predictions For Season 5

1. The Writers Will Resist the Urge to Break Up Jim and Pam

Jim and Pam's relationship has been the anchor of the series in its first four years. The “will they, won't they” routine was played as far as it could be played without monumentally pissing off the audience. Now that they are together, the common sitcom routine would be to once again pull them apart. Pam going away to New York for an extended period of time is a clear story-telling device to put the relationship in question. However, they've been through too much, and The Office writers are too smart to pull a Ross and Rachel. Jim and Pam will stay together, and likely get engaged by the end of the season.

2. Angela Will End Up with No One

You're crazy if you think Angela is going to marry Andy. There's just no way, especially after the very final scene of season 4. She has to make some sort of rational decision at some point – I wouldn't be surprised if she took it all the way to a wedding and then left from there. If it does go to a wedding, that is a great setting for an entire episode. What do you want to bet that Dwight wouldn't be able to hold his peace during the ceremony? As for Dwight – I just don't ever see it working out with him and Angela.

3. Holly Will Break Michael's Heart

Holly and Michael hit it off in the fourth season finale, and Amy Ryan will be back for a handful of episodes to play Holly once again. But, she won't be a regular character, and will likely disappear at some point early in the season. Her departure, which is inevitable, won't be a happy moment for Michael. Holly will initially help Michael get over Jan. He will be happy, then Holly will up and leave, crushing Michael's spirit, at which point he will run back into the arms of Jan.

4. There Will Be Less Office Scenes Than Ever Before

Just like Seinfeld, The Office will expand its canvas out of necessity as the show gets older. They've already begun doing this, more and more so last year, but this season will feature less office time than ever before. We will see characters outside the office that we're not used to seeing – I'm thinking Kevin and Stanley.

5. The Office Will be Darker than Ever Before

The Office has never been completely light-hearted. The character of Michael Scott, if The Office were a drama, would be about the most disturbing character ever concocted. The story-lines coming into season 5 seem ripe for darker, possibly more disturbing humor – Jim and Pam's geographic separation, Michael dealing with Jan's pregnancy, the Andy-Dwight-Angela triangle, etc.

Filming will begin immediately but the series won't air until early 2009. The cameras will follow Whitney as she gets busy with her new gig at Diane von Furstenberg in NYC. This means not only will we get to see the lovely and fashionable Whitney, we'll also get to know Diane much better. Double the pleasure, double the fashion fun!

Austin Nichols Relocates to One Tree Hill!

John from Cincinnati is moving to Tree Hill.

Ex-Cincinnati star Austin Nichols is joining the cast of One Tree Hill, sources confirm to me exclusively. He'll play an indie movie producer who expresses interest in turning Lucas' first novel into a film. And because OTH loves its triangles, he'll also share a past connection with Peyton!

My OTH mole describes Nichols' gig as "heavy recurring," which I'm pretty sure means we're going to be seeing a lot of him.

Are you a fan of One Tree Hill? Personally one of my guilty pleasures on TV(next to Gossip Girl!) Well I have found the ultimate One Tree Hill DVD set including Season 1-5 for FREE! Grey's Anatomy: Get Ready For Romance!

Grey's new season is just around the corner! More drama, more love, more romance, more scandal at your favorite hospital! Catch up with the doctors from Seattle Grace before the season 5 premeire. I found this Grey's Anatomy DVD Set for free! All 4 seasons, commercial free and full of bonus material.

Season 5 of Grey’s Anatomy is shaping up to be a love fest for the doctors of Seattle Grace.

First of all, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) are finally moving in together — but don’t count of them walking down the aisle any time soon.

“Wouldn’t a wedding be too predictable?” Pompeo asks in a new issue of TV Guide. “And would Meredith even wear a wedding dress?”

Even without a wedding, the on-again, off-again couple will take a break from the breaking up and finally get a chance to explore life after “happily ever after,” says show creator Shonda Rhimes. “The first three episodes start the dynamic of where we are all going,” Rhimes tells the magazine. “Meredith is trusting him and moving forward cautiously, and Derek is waiting there, saying, ‘I’m here to support you.’”

But just for kicks, how would a Mer-Der wedding look? “Cristina would come to Vegas with Meredith and Derek,” Pompeo imagines. “Then I’d leave her at the slot machines and go get hitched.”

The show’s other characters are also in for changes in their love lives:

• “Izzie’s got a love story — and it’s a big one, one that I’ve been kicking around in my head for a bit, one that required me to take a huge leap of faith in myself, one that is so secret that I have not told anyone. Not the writers, not anyone,” Rhimes says of Katherine Heigl’s character.

• “George (T.R. Knight) and Lexie’s (Chyler Leigh) love story is going to take an incredibly unexpected turn,” Rhimes continues. “Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Erica (Brooke Smith) have a love story of their own. And, yes, it includes Mark (Eric Dane).”

Sandra Oh’s character Cristina is finally moving past ex-fiancé Preston Burke (Isaiah Washington), who left the show after season three. “She’s been alone for a whole season,” Rhimes says. “That’s going to change. See, there’s this military guy who … well, you have to watch to find out.”

Free Rosetta Stone Language Software!

When I decided I was going to study abroad in Italy for a semester, I wanted to have a heads up on the language before I got there, and I heard Rosetta Stone was the fastest way to go. While doing some research on different programs available to me, I came across this free offer on Google for Rosetta Stone, and being the struggling college student I am, I quickly acted and was pleasantly surprised.

Rosetta is an excellent language program created for anyone who is ready to become fluent in a foreign language. With over 30 languages to choose from, it was easy for me to get the right program I was looking for!

I will examine this offer under the following criteria:

1. How and where can this be found?
Simple! I searched in Google and came across this free listing here. You can also use the search listings by using the keyword "rosetta". It was on the left hand side of the result page.

2. Who is offering such an item?
This is part of a corporation I have been examining, World Avenue. They are best known for offering free, incentivized products. They provide these free offers in a variety of different categories. I have also attached links to other "free" sites above.

3. What is required to receive this - in terms of effort and cost (if any)?
It only required my basic mailing information and can take anywhere between 35 minutes to 2 hours to complete. They also ask for a secure internet connection, and it cost me $0 because I used the Refer-A-Friend option.

4. How was my personal experience with this offer?
While going through their consumer path, I proceeded slowly in order to document the page and offers, and with using their Refer-A-Friend option, I made it through without paying a cent out of pocket.

With using the Refer-A-Friend option, you can receive any of World Avenue’s offers with out paying a dime! This is very enticing and definitely worth testing. I can not wait for my Rosetta Stone Language Software to be delivered so I can start practicing! Ciao for now, and I will update when I receive my brand new software.
